PROJECT

Concept Plan, Feasibility study, August 2008. Mixed development between the state and the private company, led by Mr. Vu, considered the ¨King of Coffee¨ worldwide. The site is located in the coffee-producing region of Vietnam, in the mountains bordering Cambodia and within a National Park.

With a global reach, the concept is based on coffee as a contemporary intellectual and creative fuel, relating it to nature, wellness and sustainability. The program includes a coffee museum, demonstration plantations with different varieties of coffee, as well as a series of spas, lodges and themed restaurants.

Activities related to nature and adventure sports, including canoeing, canopy, climbing and hiking, are developed in the local landscape of basaltic rock formations, the Dray Sap waterfall system, volcanoes and high – altitude tropical forests.
